The V Ferrari Club España Meeting in the Canary Islands took place on Saturday 9th June on the island of Gran Canaria, with a notable success in terms of participation. Numerous owners came to drive their Ferrari’s, forming a wide and varied selection of models from different periods, which were the delight of all the fans of the Cavallino brand, who came to see us pass through the different towns we passed through and at the scheduled stops we made along the way.
This time, the car park of the Hotel Melva Suite, located in the municipality of Firgas, in the north of the island, was the meeting point from which the day would begin. In this place the organization made a wide display, with a reception area where the accreditations would be given, as well as a photocall, a DJ who entertained with his live music, and a great VIP area where an excellent Catering was served, which allowed all the participants to enjoy a magnificent breakfast, previous to the beginning of the event.
Around 12:30h we left in a caravan for the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Mogán, a spectacular five-star hotel with an original building that blends in perfectly with the island’s spectacular volcanic landscape, located in the south of Gran Canaria, more specifically in the town of Lomo Quiebre, in the municipality of Mogán, passing through El Puertillo and Agaete to Los Caserones, crossing the spectacular coastal route of the Tamadaba Natural Park. From there we continue through La Hoyilla, Tasarte and Veneguera until we reach Mogán, to conclude at the Radisson Blub Resort Hotel, where we will be served a buffet lunch, prepared exclusively for those attending the event.
Once the lunch was over, we left towards the Chill & Chic Terrace located in Los Amadores, after completing a one-hour route through the south of the island, crossing the municipalities of Pasito Blanco, El Pajar, Arguineguin and Patalavaca. At the Chill & Chic Terrace we were served a welcome cocktail, and we took advantage of the opportunity to relax in different groups, enjoying the atmosphere to end the event with a magnificent sunset.
